It’s creamy in texture, fragrance I am not able to identify properly might be little bit of rosemary.
MY VIEW-
I have dry rough hair which looks dull and damaged. Hair conditioner is must have for me. Though most of the conditioner work for me and this is no exception. It also meant for permanent waving done and colored hair. Though I have natural wavy hair plus I don’t use hair color. So cant comment on these two. But yes it does give volume and shine. But nothing great which other conditioner cant do.
